Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Absorption and Adsorption Engineer to lead innovative projects in the fields of material science and chemical engineering. This role will focus on designing, developing, and optimizing advanced absorption and adsorption systems that are integral to our cutting-edge technology and sustainability initiatives. Responsibilities
- Lead the design and optimization of absorption and adsorption systems, focusing on performance, efficiency, and sustainability.
- Conduct advanced simulations and modeling to predict system behavior and guide experimental validation.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field with a focus on absorption and adsorption processes.
- 10+ years of experience in the design and optimization of absorption and adsorption systems.
- Proven track record of successful project management and technical leadership in a research or industrial setting.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in computational modeling and simulation tools.
Preferred:
- Experience in the development of novel materials for absorption and adsorption applications.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and environmental considerations in technology development.
- Publications in peer-reviewed journals or presentations at industry conferences.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and transport phenomena as they relate to absorption and adsorption.
- Proficient in modeling software such as COMSOL, Aspen Plus, or equivalent.
- Experience with laboratory techniques for material characterization and performance evaluation.
