Requirements
- Registration as a student in a relevant field (e.g., economics or social sciences) or completion of a degree or vocational training with a focus on personnel.
- First-hand experience in recruitment or HR through internships, work-study programs, or an entry-level position in personnel.
- Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and a structured approach.
