We are seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to support a real estate team by conducting high-volume outreach and scheduling appointments with realtors and internal contacts. This role is fast-paced and communication-focused, ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, organized, and driven by results.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to realtors, prospects, and internal contacts to schedule appointments.
- Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email to keep conversations active.
- Confirm appointment details and ensure accurate entry into calendars and CRM systems.
- Maintain call logs, daily outreach numbers, and appointment-setting metrics.
- Conduct basic research on property locations (particularly around the San Diego area).
- Provide consistent and professional communication on behalf of the real estate team.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in appointment setting or outbound calling.
- Excellent spoken English (Spanish is a plus).
- Comfort making a high volume of daily outbound calls.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly learn property locations using maps and local reference tools.
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Previous work in real estate, mortgage, or realtor support.
- Familiarity with U.S. housing market terminology and general workflows.
- Familiarity with the San Diego, CA area.
