Join Zip as a Commercial Enablement Program Manager to build, deliver, and reinforce enablement programs for our Go to Market teams. You'll partner with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to design and lead learning experiences in support of business objectives.
Requirements
- 4-7+ years of experience as a procurement practitioner or enablement in a high growth software environment
- Proven track record designing and scaling effective programs within high growth companies
- Experience working cross-functionally on complex projects with tight timelines
- Ability to analyze data and incorporate insights into learning strategy
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills
- Growth mindset, curiosity, and a passion for helping people develop their potential
