Senior Customer Marketing Manager
What you will be doing:· Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and retention.· Lead and manage customer engagement initiatives such as customer advisory boards, and quarterly customer newsletter.· Secure and develop customer endorsements through testimonials and case studies.· Elevate market reputation by managing and executing Gartner Peer Insights, G2 and TrustRadius.· Develop from fruition and manage a customer awards program.· Analyze customer insights and market trends to determine effectiveness.· Lead the design and partner on the execution of targeted campaigns aimed at existing customers, utilizing various channels such as email, social media, and digital ads.· Manage the marketing budget for customer campaigns and oversee the measurement and reporting of campaign results.· Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives and product developments.· Provide leadership and direction to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and high performance.· Develop content tailored to new customers, including but not limited to welcome letters, video testimonials, infographics, nurture emails, reference call guides and customer-focused blog posts.
What you need:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 8 years of experience in marketing with a focus on customer marketing, loyalty programs, or customer engagement.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing metrics and reporting tools.Excellent communication and writing skills, capable of leading large scale projects.Experience in the tech or cybersecurity industry is preferred. Additional Skills:8+ years of experience Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools.Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with senior management.Ability to gain a deep understanding of the features, benefits and value proposition of the products and solutions.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
