About the Team:

IT Center Hungary - 300 professionals based in Eger & Budapest and also working remotely from Hungary, developing and supporting the global IT infrastructure, applications and processes of ZF Group on a global scale. We are working with a wide range of technologies and platforms including SAP, the Microsoft Power Stack and cloud computing services just to name a few.

What you can look forward to as Citizen Developer Supporter:

• Support ZF’s constantly growing base of Citizen Developers in the business departments with their requests for support or information during design, development, and operation of their solutions (second level support)
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and document issues together with Citizen Developers in their solutions, e.g. developed on MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, Power Automate Desktop, Power Virtual Agent, AI Builder, etc.) incl. documentation (ticket system/ knowledge base articles)
• Ensure proper routing of specific requests to other relevant IT teams, e.g. for training, coaching, ideation workshops or provide how-to guides and predefined governance rules

Your profile as Citizen Developer Supporter:

• Experience in application development, especially in no/low code solutions
• PowerBI hands-on workings experience and knowledge
• MS Power Platform deep knowledge of app development and architecture (incl. Governance features)
• Experience in IT operations
• Global intercultural awareness & business partner focus
• Personal commitment, organizational skills, flexibility, teamwork
• Willingness to continuously learn IT new solutions and provide support for Citizen Developers
• University/College degree
• Excellent English language skills

Advantages:

• Language skills: German or Chinese (currently our international team offers our service in English and Spanish – if possible we like to extend to German and Chinese as well)
• Knowledge and experience on other low/no code platforms e.g. KNIME, ServiceNow, cplace are of advantage as well
