Job Description

Workplace Experience is part of Deutsche Telekom IT with end-to-end responsibility for all services around the digital workplace, digital collaboration, Identity and Access Management and user support for employees of the Deutsche Telekom Group. The goal is to enable and enhance the users’ productivity and experience. Workplace Experience acts as product provider with a comprehensive, standardized product portfolio, offering products to all DT units globally.

Our focus is on the management of accesses for all employees within Deutsche Telekom globally. We design and implement a central role shop for Germany and international units, at the same time we are planning the rollout of the role shop for 600 business applications. That means on the one hand we are migrating customers/applications from the current identity and access management systems, on the other hand we are integrating new interested entities which would like to have the advantage of using a modern state of the art identity and access management software to manage their accounts and authorizations.

Qualifications

• Identity and Access Management Knowledge (Knowledge of processes related to access governance and familiar with role concepts and how they can be implemented)
• Experience in technologies such as: SQL, VB.NET, Angular, C#, Powershell, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, LDAP
• Strong English language skills
• Knowledge of consulting methods and techniques for the professional advice of customers / persons (both internally and externally); ability to apply this knowledge to different situations and to assist the consultants in analyzing problems, identifying alternative solutions and suggesting a solution.
