Tasks:
- Support ZF’s constantly growing base of Citizen Developers in the business departments with their requests for support or information during development or operation of their solutions (first and second level support);
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and document issues with Citizen Developers in their solutions, e.g. developed on MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Power Automate Desktop, Power Virtual Agent, AI Builder, etc.) incl. documentation (ticket system/ knowledge base articles) and in future other IT self-service
- Ensure proper routing of specific requests to other relevant IT teams, e.g. for training, coaching, ideation workshops or provide how-to guides and predefined governance rules
Your Profile:
- MS Power Platform deep knowledge of app development and architecture (e.g. Governance capabilities);
- PowerBI hands-on workings experience;
- Experience in application development, especially in no/low code solutions;
- Excellent English language skills;
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field;
- Willingness to continuously learn new IT solutions and to provide support for Citizen Developers;
- Global intercultural awareness & customer orientation;
- Personal commitment, organizational skills, flexibility, teamwork
