What you'll do:
Lead and oversee software development projects from start to finish.
Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and clients or stakeholders.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Promote best practices in Agile, Scrum, or other frameworks used by the team.
What we are looking for:
4+ years of experience managing software development projects across distributed teams.
Strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and lifecycle (SDLC).
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).
Experience with version control and issue-tracking systems (e.g., Git, Jira).
Solid technical understanding of software systems.
Proficiency in English (C1-C2), both written and spoken.
Nice to have:
Scrum Master certification is highly valued.
A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or a related field.
