🟣 What would be my challenge at Yuno?
- Identify potential clients through research, networking, and leveraging various channels such as industry events, online platforms, and referrals.
- Initiate and maintain communication with prospects, understanding their needs and pain points, and tailoring solutions that align with the startup's payment products and services.
- Present the startup's payment solutions to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and addressing any questions or concerns they might have.
- Collaborate with the product and technical teams to tailor payment solutions based on client requirements, ensuring a personalized and effective approach.
- Execute on sales strategies, meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas by effectively managing sales pipelines and closing deals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools, ensuring transparency and effective communication across the team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential areas for differentiation and improvement.
🟣 What skills do I need?
- English, and Spanish fluent are mandatory. Portuguese is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of minimum 2 years in Sales positions.
- Strong passion for sales and an aptitude for building relationships.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related roles is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
