🟣 What would be my challenge at Yuno?
- Analyze partnership performance and KPIs to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize partnerships.
- Collaborate with the Partnerships Team Members to identify, evaluate, and develop strategic partnership opportunities aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential partners, assess market trends, and gather competitive intelligence.
- Assist in negotiating and structuring partnership agreements, including terms, pricing, and performance metrics, while ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.
- Prepare and present partnership reports, dashboards, and presentations to stakeholders, providing insights into partnership performance and ROI.
🟣 What skills do I need?
- Fluent English and Spanish are mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- Previous experience in partnership team, sales development representative, or a related role in the technology or software industry is preferred with customer-facing experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and the ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex problems and drive business growth through partnerships.
