As an Operations Analyst at Yuno you'll play a crucial role in shaping our reconciliation platform, ensuring that it meets customer needs, and driving continuous improvement. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, engineers, and designers, to gather insights, identify opportunities, and contribute to the development and enhancement of the platform.
🟣 Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze and interpret data related to payment reconciliation, including transactions, errors, discrepancies and processing times.
- Identify trends and patterns in data to inform decision making and process improvement.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor payment reconciliation performance and communicate results to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with product, development and customer service teams to understand the needs and challenges related to payment reconciliation.
- Propose and evaluate solutions to improve the efficiency, accuracy and scalability of our payment reconciliation processes.
- Manage, survey and document new vendor integrations to the reconciliation process.
🟣 Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics or other related disciplines.
- At least 1-2 of previous experience working as a data analyst, business analyst or similar roles in technology or fintech companies.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with large volumes of data effectively.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Working knowledge of data analytics tools and technologies, such as SQL, Excel or others.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple tasks and adapt to a dynamic and rapidly growing environment.
- Advanced English level
