As a Content Analyst & Knowledge Engineer, you will be responsible for classifying diverse, unstructured data, synthesizing user analysis, and developing efficient human-in-the-loop workflows. You will also collaborate with Engineering, Research, and Product teams on the development, evaluation, and deployment readiness of Large Language Models, ML algorithms, and NLP initiatives.
Requirements
- BA or BS degree in Linguistics, Computer Science, Library & Information Science, Information Management, or related disciplines
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to exercise strong editorial, analytical, and business judgment
- Strong technical aptitude and proven ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Product, and Research teams
- Expertise in taxonomy development, metadata strategy, content categorization systems, and data classification schema
