United Kingdom onlySAP FICO Consultant needed to join our team as a result of continuing growth with our client. We are looking for candidates with experience working on client projects, including configuring and developing custom logic for SAP ECC resource planning ERP systems. You will be involved in designing, configuring and customising ECC to match client’s processes to manage orders through to financials.
Please bear in mind that this is a remote contractual position based in the UK.
What you’ll be doing:
You will be experienced in working in a team with junior developers who may be working on a SAP ECC project for the first time, so mentoring will be required as well as responsibility for code review, ways of working etc.
You will have a customer-first mindset, with the maturity and initiative to do what it takes keep our clients happy, including some working at client locations. When our clients win – we win!
What we want from you:
- Experience designing, configuration, and implementation of SAP ECC solutions.
- Experience designing, configuring and implementing FI/CO modules.
- Provide knowledge and understanding of SAP FI/CO, SD and C&B concepts and process flows that they are able to both understand existing configuration and solutions and also design new solutions for new requirements.
- Deep understanding and experience with ABAP language and SAP development tools.
- Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and enhancements for future reference and audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, and Operations, to align SAP solutions with business objectives.
- Experience of working within an Agile team
- Ideally you will also have experience with working directly with client
