This person can be located in one of the following offices: Portland, OR; Seattle, WA; Bend, OR; or Denver, CO. As an essential member of Pacific Mountain Strategic Growth Team, the person in this role will have the opportunity to build collaborative relationships with the other members of our SGT team, the region's technical experts, as well as our national business leaders.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting the pursuit life-cycle from lead generation and capture planning to proposal development and presentation coaching.
- Actively contributing to the development and maintenance of essential marketing data, including resumes, and project descriptions.

You don't need a degree in graphic design, but you should bring an understanding of InDesign layout and how to work with a designer to develop compelling graphics that support the value proposition.

Minimum Qualifications (a.k.a. what you need from day one):
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and proposal development in the AEC industry.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, journalism or related field (or commensurate experience). - Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and demonstrated expeirence working with proposal layout.
- Photoshop and Ilustrator experience are helpful, too, but not essential.
- Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.
- Ability to travel, if required

Compensation:
Expected Salary (all locations): $72,800- $127,380
