As a Senior HRBP, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the 'Future of Work' strategy, bridging the gap between business strategy and people excellence, and ensuring our GTM teams are skilled, motivated, and highly enabled to scale.
Requirements
- Experience as an HRBP in a high-growth tech environment, specifically supporting Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success teams
- Organizational design experience, including role mapping, leveling, and building competency-based Skills Matrices
- Coaching and influence skills, including the ability to sit in on difficult conversations and provide immediate, actionable feedback to leadership
- Pragmatic problem-solving skills, including the ability to hear 'cues' in business discussions, translate them into problems, and solve them using a mix of data and intuition
- Senior-level understanding of local labor laws, employee relations, and performance management frameworks
- Technical literacy, including proficiency in G Suite and experience working within a Project Management or System of Record tool (like Wrike, Notion, Asana, etc.)
