Picus Security is seeking a GTM - Senior HRBP to act as a strategic partner to Sales, Solution Architects, Marketing, Customer Value Office and Revenue Operation leaders, translating business strategy into people priorities and ensuring talent, performance and organizational systems scale within the company.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Business Partnering, people partnering or similar roles
- Deep experience in partnering B2B GTM organizations in high growth environments
- Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret GTM metrics and translate them into people decisions
- Strong track record of building trusted relationships with leaders and driving measurable business & people outcomes
- Strong capability in organizational design, performance management, leadership coaching
