Work arrangement : This is a Contract/Consultant role with working hours typically from 9:00 am–6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Applicants should have an excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written. We request that you submit your CV in English.

Education

Education: Business Administration and/or Legal.

Experience

Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience.

Industry Background

Ideal candidates will likely have a background in financial services, commercial lending, legal sectors, corporate legal departments, compliance-focused organizations, or other professional service settings that emphasize structured vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the onboarding process for vendors and perform thorough due diligence to guarantee an organized, compliant, and comprehensive intake.
• Keep precise vendor records while centralizing legal and operational documentation.
• Support contract negotiations to align with business objectives, mitigate risks, and optimize cost efficiencies.
• Monitor contracts, renewals, deliverables, and service requirements, notifying the supervising lead of any key deadlines or concerns.
• Evaluate vendor performance and promptly address any issues that arise.
• Escalate concerns related to documentation, compliance, service, or contracts when necessary.
• Foster effective vendor communications and support the ongoing management of relationships.

Technical Skills Required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with contract and document management systems, vendor tracking databases or workflow platforms.
• Strong ability to maintain organized records, track renewals and deliverables, and manage legal-operational documentation accurately.
