This is a remote position.
- Performs analysis of functional and non-functional requirements, identifying technical specifications and translating these into technical architectural system designs and occasionally prototypes.
- Recommend architectural solutions that satisfy technical/functional requirements and align with the enterprise architecture strategy.
- Fully participating in weekly and ad hoc meetings to support timely provision of information related to design decisions, progress, status, issues, risks, and solutions related to project deliverables.
- Leading meetings with subject matter experts with the goal of developing and validating technical solutions related to application development.
- Creating and revising the Solution Architecture including a roadmap and approach to transition from current state architecture to planned future state architecture.
- Collaborating with cross function and multi-disciplinary teams across multiple organizations to complete assigned tasks and deliverables.
- Works with Enterprise architect, product owner, technical analysts, and other
- developers
- Support the successful implementation of Salesforce and system integrations.
- Perform gap analysis between Salesforce functionality and the client’s requirements.
- General knowledge of health information standards.
- Can provide leadership and guidance to the technical team.
Requirements
- A level of education, training, and experience equivalent to a degree in clinical informatics, health information science, data science, and/or computer science including training and/or experience in designing solution architecture in health technology domain.
- Experience working within the Health Authorities is highly preferred.
- Ability to effectively navigate and deliver results in a large and complex environment is a must.
- Strong forward thinking, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts and topics in layman’s terms to non-subject matter experts and build consensus and credibility among diverse stakeholders.
- Proven success in architecting application solutions from business, conceptual, logical, and physical levels.
- Experience in implementing complex, high transaction volume, enterprise-wide business solutions in Salesforce.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, Including Health Cloud.
- Experience with Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules.
- Experience with Salesforce declarative tools such as Apex, VisualForce and lightening web components.
- Able to implement Salesforce integrations with other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
- Able to work expeditiously as an individual contributor and as a team member.
- Ability to coordinate, prioritize and complete multiple tasks.
- Working knowledge on and experience with agile management concepts, practices, and deliverables
- API for health application development experience
- Experience implementing technology using Smart on FHIR and/or FHIR data standards as basis for application design and data interoperability.
