Workit Health is a virtual-first clinic providing evidence-based, patient-centered treatment for substance use disorders, specializing in opioid and alcohol use treatment through telemedicine. Founded in 2015, the clinic was established by two women in long-term recovery, Robin McIntosh and Lisa McLaughlin, who understand personally the struggles associated with addiction. The service leverages technology to offer comprehensive treatment options including medication-assisted treatment, which involves medications to manage cravings and withdrawal symptoms, alongside behavioral health support.

Workit Health’s mission is to make addiction treatment more accessible to individuals who may otherwise struggle to receive care, particularly in underserved areas. Their approach is designed to eliminate barriers related to stigma, travel, and cost, offering services that can be accessed discreetly from home. Since its inception, Workit Health has helped over 30,000 members find their path to recovery.
