Job Summary
This position manages and develops other testing & development consultative and professionals; leads testing strategy and planning meetings; partners with core testing & development team to enable high level prioritization, assignment, guidance and direction on the analysis, design, implementation and evaluation of testing programs and initiatives; manages execution to support business priorities and ensures that testing strategies yield business outcomes.**This is a Telecommute (Remote) role. Candidates must live within the following states: IL, IN, IA, KS, MO, MT, NM, NC, OK, PA, TN, TX or WI**

Required Experience & Skills
Bachelor’s degree OR seven years of experience in related field.
3 years of management and/or leadership experience in testing environment
Experience developing test plans, test cases, testing outcomes & delivery of testing results.
Experience with professional testing models, cycles & market trends.
Experience with testing evaluation & execution approaches.
Experience building relationships with multiple internal and external customers, senior management, subject matter experts.
Strong verbal and presentation skills in a variety of settings and at all levels in the organization.
Clear and concise written communication skills.
Flexible and adaptable; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience with testing automation technologies.
Advanced certifications in testing or project management.
Prior experience in the Healthcare industry.
Knowledge of diverse types of data files (inbound and outbound).
Advanced knowledge in health insurance, third-party administration, medical coding, and/or industry standard formats (EDI).
Experience with Full Lifecycle Development (SDLC)
Experience with workflow tracking platforms, such as Azure DevOps or JIRA.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
Min to Max Range:
$77,800.00 - $146,100.00Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
