Job Summary
The IT Operations Analyst plays a pivotal role within the Office of the CIO, enabling operational effectiveness and executive decision‑making across the IT organization. This role drives and enforces alignment between IT initiatives and business priorities by providing visibility, insight, and operational discipline to IT leadership as well as advancing overall process maturity by owning cross-functional collaboration with IT Leadership. The role engages with core functions such as technology procurement, internal customer relationship management, and IT governance, while fostering transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across the department. This role may be asked to perform special assignments as needed, ranging in scope and duration, beyond core functional responsibilities (“other duties as assigned”).‘’This job description is not intended to be all inclusive and the employee will also perform other reasonably related duties as assigned.’’

Minimum Requirements:
Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience (5+ years) in progressively responsible IT operations, strategy, or business relationship roles
Proficientunderstanding of enterprise IT functions, including infrastructure, applications, service delivery, and finance.
Proficientunderstanding ofresource management, procurement processes, and cross-functional coordination.
Stronginterpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals
Demonstrated ability tooperateindependently, exercise judgment in ambiguous situations, and translate technical and operational concepts into business‑aligned insights and actions.
Preferred Experience
Industry certifications
Other skills and experiences considered to be a plus
Understanding of IT service management frameworks and service delivery processes.
Familiarity with Agile/Lean IT Practices
Experience with Enterprise Tools such as ServiceNow, Power BI/Tableau

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
Min to Max Range:
$77,800.00 - $146,100.00Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
