As a Sales Consultant, you will join a 1-hour paid live consultation with a Mercor researcher and narrate your job processes, including CRM steps and outreach cadences. Your work will directly inform how leading labs train and evaluate the next generation of AI systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-time sales, account management, or marketing experience at a B2B company (SaaS/tech/enterprise software preferred)
- Experience as Account Executive, SDR/BDR, or Sales Manager owning pipeline and quota
- Background in Customer Success or Account Management running renewals, expansion, and QBRs
- Experience in Demand Generation, Growth, or Lifecycle Marketing running multi-channel campaigns
- Day-to-day use of CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), outreach tooling (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo), marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot), and analytics (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills. Able to translate sales and marketing workflows into structured, reproducible task specs
- Comfortable narrating your workflow live and answering follow-up questions in detail
