The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or marketing, with a background in Customer Success or Account Management. The role involves narrating job processes, contributing to frontier AI research, and benchmarking.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-time sales, account management, or marketing experience at a B2B company (SaaS/tech/enterprise software preferred)
- Experience as Account Executive, SDR/BDR, or Sales Manager owning pipeline and quota
- Background in Customer Success or Account Management running renewals, expansion, and QBRs
- Experience in Demand Generation, Growth, or Lifecycle Marketing running multi-channel campaigns
- Day-to-day use of CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), outreach tooling (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo), marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot), and analytics (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
- Able to translate sales and marketing workflows into structured, reproducible task specs
- Comfortable narrating your workflow live and answering follow-up questions in detail
