I. Job Summary
This role is a corporate level position that will primarily act as an SME and the Inside Sales Liaison with business partners and outside vendors for Sales processes and essential Sales tools and Technologies. In that capacity, the role will support and evaluate the team performance for the segments responsible.

In addition, this role is responsible for all communication to the group and market area leadership, ensuring the corporate and market area strategies align. This role will center on leadership, visibility of results and KPI achievement and coaching to improve sales performance and execution on the sales process focused on a creating a customer-centric growth mindset for the reps and supporting the objectives of their supervisors. Primary responsibilities are to share insights, engage in conversations that diagnose and create value for the supervisors and reps and standardize the various cross-department interactions.

This position is remote however the employee will be required to travel to Phoenix, AZ frequently based on business need.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

  • Develops and implements long range goals and objectives which promotes the achievement of assigned revenue goals
  • Engage with Corporate Partners within WM Digital, Privacy, AI Governance and Procurement to support ongoing platforms as well as pursuit of new features/functionality to improve/increase revenue, productivity, efficiency, employee retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensures a world class customer service experience in all areas of the sales cycle
  • Ensures the achievement of daily KPIs and performance metrics including, but not limited; calls and telephony, lead generation, Cadence & Ambition utilization, campaigns, and proposals resulting in new sales growth, etc.
  • Responsible for leadership development, succession planning, top grading of talent and building an elite team of sales professionals within the Inside sales roles (rep) and management and supervisory positions to support Company objectives.
  • Inform and educate management on issues affecting the performance of their teams including but not limited to (systems, telephonic platforms, 3rd party vendor interactions, staffing models, contingency workforce, recruitment, employee retention, SSDO certifications, channel performance and interdepartmental relations).
  • Coordinates staffing, hiring and training for PSC Sales teams within the established capacity plans. Maintenance of the staffing models for each segment will also remain a responsibility.
  • Advises managers as to execution of programs, and when necessary, provides direction for adjustments in work plans or implementation of contingency plans in accordance with prevailing business conditions

IV. Qualifications

A. Education and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant experience.
  • Experience: Five (5) years of experience in management or leadership positions (in addition to education requirement).

  • Normal setting for this job is a home office setting and travel.

The expected base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $107,300 - $160,310. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
