SUMMARY

Wiz is seeking a Certification Program Manager to spearhead the development, execution, and management of our technical certification programs. This role is crucial for establishing Wiz as a leader in technical education within the cloud security space. As the Certification Program Manager, you will design, implement, and continuously improve certification paths that validate the skills and knowledge of professionals in cloud security, ensuring they meet the highest industry standards.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design and manage comprehensive certification programs, including exam content, certification paths, and credentialing processes
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that certification content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the latest industry standards and Wiz product offerings
• Oversee the certification lifecycle, from program design to candidate certification, including exam development, beta testing, launch, and maintenance
• Implement best practices for exam integrity, security, and fairness across all certification processes
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to promote the certification program and increase its visibility and adoption within the industry
• Analyze program performance, gather feedback from stakeholders, and make data-driven decisions to enhance the value and effectiveness of the certification offerings
• Manage vendor relationships surrounding test development and psychometrics
• Stay abreast of trends in technical certification and adult learning to continuously innovate and improve Wiz's certification programs

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Arts, Psychology, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
• Proven experience in developing and managing technical certification programs for a recognized technology vendor or industry body
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional projects and initiatives
• Ability to use data and feedback to evaluate program effectiveness, make informed decisions, and continuously improve certification offerings
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• A passion for education, professional development, and elevating industry standards through certification
• Nice to have - Knowledge in specific technical domains relevant to the certifications being developed, such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, software development, or IT infrastructure
