Job Brief

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team. As the first PMM at WINT, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our AI-powered Water Management solutions in the market. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our product offerings, increase market visibility, and drive revenue from market share growth. This role demands a unique blend of creativity, project management skills, analytical prowess, and strategic thinking to effectively position WINT as a market leader in the competitive landscape.

This is a full-time on-site position reporting to the Global VP of Marketing which requires limited business travel.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Product Positioning and Messaging:
  • Develop compelling value propositions and messaging frameworks that resonate with target audiences.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, pain points, and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between product features and customer benefits.
  • Content Creation and Marketing Collateral:
    • Develop high-quality marketing collateral including product datasheets, case studies, whitepapers, and presentations.
    • Produce engaging content for digital channels such as website, landing pages, minisites, blog, social media, and email campaigns.
    • Collaborate with design and content consultants to maintain brand consistency and elevate the visual appeal of marketing materials.
  • Sales Enablement:
    • Provide global Sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively communicate product value propositions and overcome objections.
    • Develop Sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, battle cards, and product demos.
    • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to ensure sales representatives are equipped to drive successful customer engagements.
  • Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis:
    • Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
    • Conduct regular competitive analysis to benchmark product features, pricing strategies, and marketing tactics against key competitors.
    • Translate market insights into actionable recommendations to inform product roadmap and strategic decision-making.
  • Product Launches and Updates
    • Lead the planning and execution of new product launches, ensuring seamless coordination across marketing, sales, and product teams.
    • Develop comprehensive launch plans encompassing messaging, positioning, collateral, and promotional activities.
    • Create and distribute release notes to communicate new features, enhancements, and bug fixes to customers and external stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with product management and R&D teams to prioritize feature development based on customer feedback and market demand.

    Required Skills and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
    • 3+ years of proven track record of success in product marketing roles within the B2B SaaS industry – must.
    • Strong native American English written and verbal communication skills – must.
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
    • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
    • Creative problem solver with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for driving results.
    • Experience matrix working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Agility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, both as a sole contributor as well as part of a team.
    • Excellent project management and outstanding organizational skills (Trello, Asana, Teams, Jira, Excel – advantage)

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience in the PropTech, Construction, Insurance and/or Sustainability industries – advantage.
    • Familiarity with AI, machine learning and IoT – plus.
    • Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Power-BI, Tableau, HotJar, LinkedIn/Google Ads).
    • Proficiency in using CRM (Salesforce) Marketing Automation (HubSpot) and Content Management Systems (WordPress CMS).
