About the role:

We are looking for a talented and passionate Junior Product Manager to join our team. In this full-time position, you will lead experimentation efforts, leveraging data-driven insights to refine website copy, design, and image assets. Your day by day will have a strong focus on A/B testing and website optimization to enhance conversion rates.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize conversion rates across key website pages.

  • Continuously refine copy, design, and visual assets to enhance user engagement and overall performance.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, development, and marketing teams to implement test results and drive improvements.

  • Utilize experimentation platforms like Optimizely (or similar tools) to manage and track testing efforts.

  • Define, monitor, and interpret key performance metrics to assess test effectiveness and inform decision-making.

  • Support broader product management initiatives, including roadmap development, stakeholder communication, and feature prioritization.

Requirements:

  • +2 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.

  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

  • Familiarity with tools like Optimizely, Google Optimize, or other experimentation platforms (preferred but not required).

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Experience working on website or digital product optimization projects.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

  • Passion for data-driven decision-making and using A/B testing to enhance user experience and business impact.
