We are seeking a Workforce / Bench & Redeployment Manager to own our bench management and talent redeployment strategy, ensuring all idle or at-risk assistants are re-engaged within 72 hours. This role focuses on balancing supply and demand while maintaining a 'hot bench' of prepared talent, minimizing downtime, and reducing churn. The position requires proactive workforce management and collaboration with various teams.
