Wing is seeking an Instructional Designer to create and maintain high-quality learning materials, simulations, and assessments. This role ensures curriculum remains up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with evolving standards. The instructor will collaborate with SMEs and program leads to translate operational workflows into interactive learning experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or training content creation.
- Strong background in corporate learning, adult education, or process-based training.
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, Rise, Canva, or similar).
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to design interactive and visual learning experiences for remote learners.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and version management.
