In 1977, Wilcon Depot's journey began with a modest 60-square meter hardware store along Quezon Avenue in the Philippines. Operating as Wilcon Builder's Supply, Inc., founder William Belo set out with a simple yet powerful vision: to provide Filipino homeowners and builders with access to quality construction and finishing materials that would help them build better homes. What started as a single location has since transformed into the Philippines' leading home improvement and construction supplies retailer, evolving from that small hardware shop into a nationwide network of over 100 stores.

Today, Wilcon stands as the only publicly listed company in its sector, carrying the most extensive selection of trusted local and international brands across Tiles, Sanitarywares, Plumbing, Furniture, Home Interior, Building Materials, Hardware, Electrical, Appliances, and DIY items. The company's growth has been marked by significant milestones: expansion to Mindanao in 2002, introduction of large-format depot stores in 2003, entry into the Visayas in 2012, and the launch of innovative digital experiences including their Virtual Reality Store Experience and My Wilcon App in 2022.
