Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, maintaining payroll records, and providing support to the HR department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for all employees, including salary, overtime, bonuses, and other types of compensation
• Ensure accuracy of payroll data, including hours worked, deductions, and taxes
• Review and reconcile payroll reports to identify and resolve any discrepancies
• Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and policies
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements to streamline payroll operations
• Keep all payroll information confidential and secure

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1+ year of experience in payroll processing
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and best practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other payroll software programs
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
