As a People Specialist (Workplace Relations) at Westpac, you will provide best practice workplace relations advice and support to leaders across the bank on complex people matters, managing multiple live matters at once and building relationships as a trusted advisor.
Requirements
- Strong experience managing complex ER / workplace relations cases within a specialist or HR partnering role.
- Experience conducting workplace investigations and supporting employment matters independently
- Strong employment relations and/or employment law knowledge.
- Excellent drafting and verbal communication skills
- Confidence working in emotionally charged, high‐risk situations with a mindset of care and fairness.
