We’re looking for a SeniorEnterprise Growth Marketing Manager to help us architect a modern, enterprise-grade digital program. You will architect and own Webflow’s enterprise‑grade digital acquisition strategy and be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing an always-on engine across SEM, SEO, paid social, CRO/UXO, and emerging AI‑powered channels that consistently generate qualified pipeline for our sales‑led motion.

This is a role for the hands‑on keyboard growth marketer who loves rolling up their sleeves to experiment in‑platform—yet can also zoom out to set a forward‑thinking strategy that keeps Webflow ahead of rapid digital and AI innovation.

  • The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
    • United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
      • Zone A: $133,000 - $173,000
      • Zone B: $126,000 - $164,000
      • Zone C: $119,000 - $156,000
    • Canada (all figures cited below are in CAD and pertain to workers in Canada)
      • Zone A: 149,000 - 195,000
      • Zone B: 142,000 - 186,000

This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

As a Senior Enterprise Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll …

  • Architect a modern digital growth engine spanning paid search, display, paid social, organic search, CRO/UXO, and AI‑driven channels to drive enterprise lead generation, qualification, and opportunity creation.
  • Own channel strategy & execution with performance team partners: manage campaigns end‑to‑end—ad creation, landing page optimization, conversion rate testing, and budget pacing—to maximize ROAS and pipeline impact.
  • Lead continuous experimentation: develop a rigorous test‑and‑learn roadmap (A/B, multivariate, generative‐AI‑assisted) that improves CPOpportunity, lowers CPL, and scales evergreen programs.
  • Evaluate & deploy AI tools that streamline media buying, creative generation, bidding, reporting, and UX personalization; champion best practices across the team.
  • Analyze performance daily/weekly: produce insights on what’s working, what’s not, and actionable next steps. Maintain a living dashboard of KPIs tied to MQL, SAO (sales accepted opp), and revenue.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Performance Marketing, Marketing Ops, Web, Content, Design, Sales, and Product Marketing to ensure message‑to‑market fit, friction‑free hand‑offs, and full‑funnel alignment.
  • Own channel budgets & forecasting, partnering with the Director of Demand Generation to model spend scenarios that maximize growth potential while meeting efficiency targets.
  • Stay on the bleeding edge of digital and AI innovation—constantly scanning the horizon for new tactics, platforms, and tools that can give Webflow a competitive advantage.

About you:

You’ll thrive as a Senior Enterprise Growth Marketing Manager if you:

  • Have 4+ years owning multi‑channel digital acquisition programs at a B2B SaaS or digital‑first enterprise—ideally supporting a sales‑led motion.
  • Have a proven track record of scaling SEM, SEO, paid social, and CRO/UXO programs that materially increase pipeline and revenue.
  • Possess deep proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics/G4, Search Console, CMS/AB testing platforms
  • Have hands‑on experience leveraging AI/ML‑powered tools for media management, creative iteration, or CRO
  • Are advanced in Excel/Sheets and BI skills; comfortable working with large datasets and translating insights into action.
  • Have a strong grasp of B2B funnel metrics (MQL→SAO→SQO) and attribution modeling.
  • Have excellent written & verbal communication; able to translate technical findings into plain‑English recommendations for exec stakeholders.
  • Stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact.
