We are growing fast, and we are now looking for a Solutions Consultant.
As a Solutions Consultant at Wati, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our prospects during the sales cycle. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with 1-3 years of experience in product support to contribute to our company's success and help our prospects achieve their business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with potential customers to develop customized WhatsApp communication strategies and implementation plans.
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to identify critical business objectives and technological requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on WhatsApp API-related solutions, including WATI application, chatbots, analytics, automations, and integrations.
- Partner with sales teams to formulate compelling sales strategies and value propositions.
- Guide customers through the entire sales cycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Collaborate with product teams to incorporate customer feedback into product development and roadmap planning.
- Monitor and respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp chat and email, adhering to established SLAs.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in client onboarding, customer support, product support, or customer success. Preferably in a technology or SaaS company.
- Excellent written communication skills in the English language.
- Technical proficiency and experience working with software platforms and systems.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple conversations under time constraints.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
