Who will you be working with?

To manage Repair material orders, customer Returns, and Warranty claims within the Services and Components Organizations related to defective product, OS&D and dirty cores.

First point of contact for all Returns, Warranty and Repair related inquiries

What do we want to know about you?

• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
• Experience with Customer Service and Expediting deliveries.

• Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communications skills both written and oral, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal English language skills
• Manage time effectively and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Accustomed to working unsupervised and under pressure, dealing with conflicting demands.
• Willingness to undertake the many varied duties vital to this position and keen to adopt new challenges.

What will your typical day look like?

• First point of contact for all Returns, Warranty and Repair related inquiries.

• Owns day to day responsibility for Customer Returns, and Warranty claim initiation.
  • Escalates OOS/EMG & business critical items as per CXL requests.
  • Highlights recurring past due issues to focus Wabtec business efforts.
  • Escalates recurring on time delivery issues to focus Wabtec business efforts.

• Owns Oracle transactions and reconciliation of unit exchange or repair and return cores across all supported repair points.
  • Provides RMAs when appropriate.
  • Follows up on unreturned cores with internal and customer contacts to keep past dues and cash reserves to a minimum.
  • Enter and correct Oracle repair orders when appropriate to match physical cores returned.
  • Establishes Oracle due dates consistent with Wabtec process lead times and customer need.
  • Reports status to leadership regularly

• Fully embrace and utilize technology tools provided within FCS team such as Salesforce, InContact to exceed responsiveness targets.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Ensure all documentation required to support process audits and management systems are comprehensive and up-to-date.
• Complete any required reports timely and accurately.
• Demonstrate an understanding of customers’ expectations and a commitment to continuous improvement of service quality.
• Benchmark and share best practices across FCS team.
• Ensuring adherence to local quality standards and procedures in all the above activities.

You may also be asked to perform other duties outside of your function or trade, for which adequate training will be provided if necessary.
