The Role

We are seeking a Product Specialist to join our team. This role combines financial expertise with client relationship management, supporting our services and solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career, with increased responsibilities and independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • To ensure PS income, billable utilisation and other key quarterly & annual targets are met through the delivery of billable services
  • To actively grow additional PS revenue by filling calendar white space through the selling of additional services and packages
  • To help the sales and operations teams as needed to help drive customer success
  • To deliver process-driven consultancy to enable customers to make the most of their investment
  • In consultation with customers, to write custom reports.
  • In consultation with customers, to assist the IT team through the writing of custom development specifications
  • To nurture and develop relationships with customers through regular engagement with the aim of growing overall usage of agentOS products, increasing licence & service revenue and minimising customer attrition
  • To contribute to the writing and publication of externally-facing content including, but not limited to, training and other product-related materials, blog posts and social media content
  • To maintain an accurate knowledge of all agentOS’s products
  • To participate in regular team and company meetings
  • To attend and actively participate in conferences (internal and external) and industry exhibitions as required
  • To perform whatever additional duties are in the best interests of the company as instructed by the Senior Management Team
  • Manage the pipeline of leads generated by support teams, qualifying opportunities and converting them into billable client engagements
  • Track conversion rates and maintain accurate forecasting of upcoming work

Requirements

  • Proven experience implementing software solutions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to manage a pipeline of potential clients and prioritise opportunities
  • Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
  • Outstanding attention to detail and deadline management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong computer literacy, including MS Office
  • **Experience in property/lettings client accounting is highly advantageous **

Location & Working Arrangements

  • office-based, hybrid or fully remote available
  • Full-time position with standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm)

Benefits

  • Enhanced annual leave, 28 days plus bank holidays, rising to 31 days after 3 years
