Our journey began in July 2021, when we started developing proprietary deep learning models for voice commerce and specialized Voice-AI solutions for voice order taking and shopping. By February 2022, our Phone AI solution was commercially launched, and we began pilot programs with regional brands. A significant milestone was the launch of VOICEpod in November 2022, our custom hardware for AI at the drive-thru. We are proud of our multiple patents related to 'Deep Neural Network Voice-AI for Human Computing Interfaces,' which were approved and published by the US PTO in March 2023.
