VOIS is seeking a Senior Executive to provide comprehensive 2nd line operational support for Cisco Unified Communications and Voice over IP solutions in a global enterprise environment. The role focuses on resolving complex incidents, performing change activities, maintaining high service availability, and supporting customer onboarding.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Cisco Nexus 7K & 9K, ASA and vASA firewalls
- Skilled in routing and switching technologies, including BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and EIGRP
- Proficient in Linux systems administration
- Experienced in tools such as Remedy, Netcool, Palladion, VoIP Future, and Science Logic
- Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills
- Hold a graduation degree with 1+ years of experience in implementation or incident management roles related to unified communications or networking
- Good understanding of automation tools and methodologies used in cognitive or network automation domains
