Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing systems, model, and optimize business processes.

• Lead functional workshops to gather client requirements.

• Write detailed functional specifications.

• Drive and monitor project execution.

• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage follow-up actions.

• Support change management initiatives and train users, trainers, and system administrators (training material creation, training sessions, etc.).

Profile:

• Having a Masters degree in Software Engineering or a related field.

• Good knowledge of Java/JEE, SQL/PL SQL, and web technologies such as JavaScript and Tomcat.

• Good understanding of functional analysis and process modeling methodologies.

• Possessing strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse business environments and synthesize complex needs.

• Familiarity with tools like Alfresco, JasperReports, Activiti, and LDAP is a plus.

Required Technical Skills:

• Java/JEE (basic)
• SQL, PL/SQL (intermediate)
• Tomcat (basic)
• JavaScript (basic)
