Requirements

• Having an engineering diploma with solid understanding of software development

• Having a relevant experience as a Project Manager or Product Owner or Scrum master in an IT context ideally

• Proactive with good interpersonal and communication skills

• Analytical and problem solving skills

• Good team player and effective leader

• Proven time management and adaptability skills

Nice to have

• PMP-PMI certification

• Scrum Master certification

• Knowledge in ISO 9001 and CMMi

Missions

• Develop project milestones and work streams

• Lead and coordinate between multi-disciplinary teams

• Set up an agile environment

• Understand customer's needs and propose optimal solutions considering possible constraints.

• Estimate budget, resources and time needed to fulfill project goals while identifying and managing project risks

• Participate in POC realization

• Follow up project progress and provide regular reports

• Control and monitor projects KPIs

• Ensure project delivering and customer satisfaction
