Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the CTO to define and execute the product and technology roadmap
• Contribute to product strategy and key technical decisions
• Architect and oversee the development of new functionalities and platform capabilities
• Lead, mentor, and coach the engineering team on technical and organizational matters
• Continuously improve the performance, scalability, maintainability, and security of production systems
• Drive engineering best practices, processes, and Agile methodologies
• Support team growth, collaboration, and technical excellence
• Lead planning, prioritization, and resource allocation across projects

Profile & Requirements

• Significant experience in software engineering, ideally in complex or large-scale systems
• Strong expertise in Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate) and modern frontend technologies (Angular, TypeScript)
• Solid knowledge of Elasticsearch and PostgreSQL
• Strong computer science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, system design, distributed systems)
• Proven experience in engineering leadership and technical mentoring
• Strong problem-solving mindset and decision-making abilities
• High level of technical curiosity and commitment to continuous learning
• Ability to guide teams toward efficient, scalable, and maintainable solutions
• Comfortable working in Agile and fast-paced environments
• Comfortable using AI tools to enhance architectural design, code quality, productivity, performance analysis, and engineering efficiency
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts
