Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team at Viseven. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and implementing product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs. Your goal will be to drive business growth through product innovation and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a similar strategic role
• Proven track record of defining product strategy and launching products that exceeded business goals
• Deep understanding of content supply chain processes in the Life Sciences industry
• Experience in designing end-to-end workflows, not just individual functions
• Practical knowledge in areas such as: Agentic AI concepts and principles, Platform and infrastructure product thinking, Data flows and integrations, Value narratives: ability to transform complex technical systems into clear and understandable descriptions of product value for business, Commercial thinking: understanding pricing logic, value drivers, and product packaging concepts
• 3+ years of experience working directly in the Life Sciences industry
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority or direct management
• Experience with pricing models, business case development, and financial analysis
• Deep knowledge of product lifecycle management
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and product analytics systems
• English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level
