Technical Project Manager (Senior)

• Project management (Advanced)

• Communication skills (Advanced)

• GIT/ developer tools (Regular)

• English (Advanced)

• Java/Kotlin (Nice to have)

• Experience with integration testing (Nice to have)

• Development of Android applications (Nice to have)

What we expect in general:

• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects, ideally in migrations, developer tooling, infrastructure, or build tools ecosystems

• Proven track record of delivering complex projects in technical environments

• Confident communicator with the ability to translate technical topics into business-friendly language

• Data-driven approach to decision making

• Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail and a multi-threaded focus

• High ownership mindset—you take initiative, follow through, and learn by doing

• Proactive and adaptable—comfortable navigating ambiguity and seizing opportunities

• Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
