The Territory Manager, Eye Care – Houston South, TX role will meet and exceed corporate sales objectives at the territory level, develop and maintain strong working partnerships with targeted ECP accounts, and represent the vision & culture of Viatris to the Eye Care community.
Requirements
- Meet and exceed corporate sales objectives at the territory level
- Develop and maintain strong working partnerships with targeted ECP accounts
- Represent the vision & culture of Viatris to the Eye Care community
- Appropriately leverage expertise of disease state knowledge, the marketplace, and industry and business trends
- Deliver MLR approved, education-focused and patient-centric messages, as well as appropriate disease-state information
- Achieve business goals on a quarterly & annual basis
- Collaborate with internal partners to create a positive experience for targeted Eye Care accounts and their patients
- Provide customer insights and feedback on strategic initiatives
- Utilize territory business planning tools to uncover additional business opportunities
- Manage and utilize approved resources to maximize pull-through on potential and growth opportunities
- Comply with all legal, regulatory, and compliance policies
