Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in a BDR/SDR or equivalent sales role
- Proven track record of generating an outbound pipeline from scratch
- Skilled multi-threader who can engage multiple stakeholders across an account
- Consistently hit or exceeded outbound-specific metrics, reaching 90%+ quota attainment
- Strong business acumen and understanding of different personas, from a CFO to a Head of Procurement
- Bias toward action and ability to adapt to fast-moving, evolving environments
- Collaborative and coachable with proficiency in sales tools like Gong, Salesforce, or Sales Navigator
