Senior Manager, Client Implementation
Summary of Position:
The Sr. Manager, Client Implementation is a client facing role responsible for assisting in the efficient operation of client accounts through the implementation process. This role would be the operations liaison responsible for the operations leadership through the implementation process and handoff to Operations once implementation has been completed. This role would build and train on the reporting needs, day-to-day management of those reports, spotlight additional support opportunities while facilitating the transition to Operations. The Sr. Manager, Client Implementation will be an integral member of the implementation team. In addition, this role will assist in training, staffing, and providing coverage at various sites to support Client Operations Managers, Directors and their representatives through the implementation process.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assists the Director of Client Implementation in the building, training and direction of implementations for new clients both for full service and partner accounts
- Lead Implementation Project Planning: Oversee timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables to ensure successful client onboarding and operational readiness
- Coordinate Cross-Functional Execution: Manage communication and alignment between internal teams and client stakeholders, mitigating risks and resolving issues throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Partners with the Client and Operations teams to ensure an efficient workflow is created and managed
- Identifies opportunities to streamline processes and make recommendations for increasing productivity
- Comply with all release of information related functions as stipulated in service agreement
- Assists in selecting, interviewing, hiring and terminating employees during the implementation phase
- Participates in evaluating the performance of ROIS staff and assists in the implementation of performance-based training
- Escalate concerns to client and internal stakeholders to resolve during implementation phase
- Develop and Deliver Training: Create training materials, develop protocol documents, and provide both onsite and remote training sessions (including demos via online tools such as Teams) for ROIS staff and partner clients
- Ensure Training Quality and Consistency: Oversee implementation training, evaluate staff performance, and apply performance-based training methods. Conduct quality reviews and site evaluations to ensure smooth transition from implementation to Operations
- Utilize reporting and analytical software to provide data reports to clients and executive leadership
- Assists the Operations team in achieving identified facility-based revenue goals
- Maintains confidentiality by keeping information secure, at all times
- Maintains productivity, quality and assures customer service standards
- Performs quality reviews and site evaluations as required by Directors of Client Operations during the transition from implementation to Operations

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree, preferred
- Minimum 4 years of Release of Information experience across multiple EMR systems
- Background in medical records, healthcare settings and medical terminology, preferred
- Demonstrated leadership with a track record of developing and implementing protocols across multiple business lines
- Strong project management capabilities
- Proficiency in Excel and analytical databases, with the ability to produce reports for clients and senior leadership
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and clients
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving history; ability to travel to assigned accounts, as needed
