We are Veolia, the UK leader in resource management. Our mission is to pioneer ecological transformation, a goal we pursue with the passion and dedication of our nearly 14,000 'resourcers' across the country. We believe in a world where nothing is wasted, and every day, we design and implement practical, game-changing solutions for waste, water, and energy management. Our work is vital in building a circular economy, protecting our environment, and combating climate change. We are innovators at heart, constantly striving to reduce carbon emissions by preserving natural resources, protecting biodiversity, and decreasing pollution. Our strategy is centered on creating greener products, generating low and zero-carbon energy, and closing the loop by discovering new ways to reuse materials. This approach not only helps our customers achieve their sustainability goals but also contributes to a healthier planet for future generations.

Our commitment to ecological transformation is embedded in everything we do. We see the world not just as it is, but as it should be – a place where human progress and environmental protection go hand in hand. This vision drives us to challenge the status quo and reinvent the way we manage resources. From turning sludge into plastic and capturing energy from wastewater to developing microgrids and optimizing resource management with digital and AI solutions like Hubgrade, we are at the forefront of innovation. Our work has a tangible impact on millions of lives; in 2021 alone, we served 1.8 million people through our municipal wastewater contracts and completed 442 million waste collections. We are proud of our achievements but remain focused on the future, guided by our core values of community spirit, customer focus, innovation, respect, and responsibility. We are more than just a company; we are a community of resourcers dedicated to making a real difference for the planet and its people.
