Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist in a relevant industry (iGaming, fintech, e-commerce, or similar)
- Expertise in machine learning algorithms, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, time-series forecasting)
- Strong proficiency in Python or R for data science and ML development
- Advanced SQL skills for data extraction and transformation
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and experimental design
- Proficiency in big data tools such as Spark, Databricks, or Snowflake is a plus
- Strong background in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn) to communicate insights effectively
- Experience in deploying machine learning models using MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data problems into business solutions
- Strong communication skills to effectively present technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving business challenges
