Vencapital is dedicated to empowering the next generation of investors, particularly focusing on increasing diversity within the venture finance landscape. Our mission is to provide minorities and women with the necessary skills and entry-level experiences needed to thrive in venture capital and private equity. Since our founding in 2018, we have partnered with various experienced investors and venture firms to design fellowship programs that offer training, mentorship, and networking opportunities for our fellows.

We are committed to improving the pipeline of diverse emerging fund managers. Our fellowship program includes an eight-week curriculum where eligible participants learn the nuts and bolts of venture finance, engage in due diligence activities, and scout for investment deals alongside seasoned professionals. With a significant focus on practical experience, Vencapital has successfully trained over 200 fellows, many of whom now hold vital roles within venture capital firms. We believe that a diverse representation in finance not only enriches the workforce but also enhances the decision-making process and promotes innovative solutions within the industry.
